Moving Beyond Hype: A Practical Approach to AI in Service Design

Amidst the abundance of promises and expectations surrounding AI, it's crucial to separate reality from the hype. In navigating through the noise and overlooking flashy sales pitches, I aim to provide you with pragmatic methods for gradually integrating AI into service design. While the capabilities of AI are vast, it's important to exercise caution and adopt a risk-conscious approach. Not everything that is technically feasible is necessarily the right choice. My intention is to motivate you toward impactful service design, guiding you on where to initiate this revolutionary transformation. Let's embark on this journey together, embracing innovation responsibly.
